Same day orders. Note, our website will not allow for same day orders. If you have an urgent request for same day catering, please call us and see if we can fit you in on 9571 7288. Minimum order quantities may apply to individual items listed herein. Minimum spend per order $100.00. Order cut off is 5pm. Any order placed after this time may not have our full menu range to select from. Confirmation of your email will be sent once we receive it. If you haven’t heard from us within an hour, feel free to send us a little reminder, but we’re pretty quick with our responses! Dietary Requirements We know there are a lot of people out there with dietary reequipments and we’re happy to accommodate them, we just need to know. If you have any guests with intolerances or allergies, please let us know at the time of placing your order. We can help you by making suitable suggestions and also packing these items separately. Deliveries Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. Weekend deliveries are limited and subject to availability. Cold Food deliveries may arrive up to 1 hour prior to the requested delivery time. Hot Food may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the requested delivery time. There is no delivery fee for our services for Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore and surrounding areas. Pricing All items in this list are GST INCLUSIVE and are offered subject to availability. All current prices are listed on our website (www.pencatering.com.au). Platters & Equipment We request all platters / Equipment are to be cleaned and placed in a central location for pick up by one of our drivers after your booking. Additional Costs If you require plates/serviettes/knives/forks spoons/cups/glasses, whatever it may be, we can provide it. There will be an extra cost incurred though, as per our website. Feedback If it is your first time ordering with Pen Catering, we will give you a call to ensure you are happy with our services. Modifying Orders & Cancellations We do not charge for modified or cancelled orders if granted ample notice. As a general rule, orders that are modified to a lesser amount (of items) or cancelled on the day of production and cannot be used elsewhere will incur a charge proportionate to the total cost of the order. In the event you need to modify or cancel an order call us directly on (02) 9571 7288 and have a chat to one of our consultants. Invoicing and Payments We will only charge after job completion. If you hold an account with us, your invoice will be emailed to you the following day. If you are a new customer or pay via credit card, and invoice with receipt attached will be emailed to you once the payment is processed. First time and/or non-account customers need to supply credit card details prior to delivery. This is compulsory. If you don’t have a credit card please call us on (02) 9571 7288. Account Customers have the option of paying via EFT, Cheque or Credit Card with flexible terms ranging from 7-30 days depending on your Accounts Payable Department.
